Founded in May 2005 by Julian and Nigel Brown, Mark Harris and Michael Boulgaris, Browns Sotheby's International Realty is a specialist agency that focuses on the sale of premium property through quality marketing.

Browns is a name synonymous with New Zealand property. The Brown family founded Queenstown Real Estate in 1973 and have over 30 years of experience and local knowledge.

Established in London in 1744, Sothebys is an internationally recognised name that is responsible for over $2.5 billion USD in property sales annually. 	Nigel Brown has had over 20 years experience in New Zealand Real Estate. He is a fully qualified licensee and has experienced all facets of the industry, including residential, commercial and rental property. Nigel has also been involved in several development projects, including successfully establishing and running an award winning hotel – Browns Boutique Hotel in Queenstown.
	Julian Brown has had 7 years of premium sales experience having worked with highly regarded agencies including Collier’s International and Kelland’s Real Estate in Auckland. Julian has been successfully involved in the marketing of some of New Zealand’s most prestigious projects including waterfront hotels in Auckland, inner city apartment projects, various golf course developments, island projects and Omaha Beach.
	Mark Harris B.A.Eco, A.F.A. moved to Queenstown from Sydney in 2002. Mark has been involved in several premium property ventures and was a partner in ‘The Lordens’, one of Queenstown’s most successful luxury apartment developments. He previously wrote and produced Australia’s longest running live commercial music television program Ground Zero and also ran the professional 18 foot Skiff Sailing Circuit in Australia and New Zealand for 2 years.
